Returns & Exchanges

No exchanges on purchases will be made unless the order is broken or damaged.

  • For orders that are broken and damaged:
    • Take a picture of your order that is broken and/or damaged. Send it to info@superseamoss.co.za or via WhatsApp on 067 173 5663
    • It is critical that you send us this within 6 hours of receiving your order, we constitute the delivery time as the time of receiving your order. Therefore you need to check your order as as soon as you get delivery
    • You will also need to return the product on your account.

Once you can satisfy the above, Super Seamoss will provide you with a voucher, or you may select to re-order the product at no cost to you. We will also cover the delivery cost back to you.
